Replacements and Refunds
If you receive an order that is damaged, or if you are not satisfied with your order, please get in touch with us. No replacement or refund can be provided unless you contact us within twenty-four hours of receiving your order. If you do not get in touch within twenty-four hours, you will be considered to have accepted the order.
Replacements and refunds will be given at the discretion of Waitaki Orchards.
As we are working with a perishable product, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace an order with the same fruit as before.

Damages
If your order is damaged, please email the following details to us at: onlineorders@waitakiorchards.co.nz
• Customer Name• Order Number• Delivery Date• Description of what is wrong with your order• Percentage of the order that is damaged
Please provide the following photos: • The outside of the box/boxes• The box full of fruit (the whole order)• Any specific damage If you have received an order that has been damaged, the couriers may need to collect the order as proof of damage. Please DO NOT dispose of an order unless asked to do so. If we are not provided with the requested information above, we will not be able to process your order. Additional information may be requested at the discretion of Waitaki Orchards.
Incorrect or Missing Order If part of your order is missing or incorrect, please email the following details to us at: onlineorders@waitakiorchards.co.nz • Customer Name• Order Number• Details of missing or incorrect order
Out of Stock Products Although we endeavour to keep the products on our website up to date, we only have a finite amount of each type of fruit. If a product that you request is out of stock, we will get in touch to discuss whether you would like a refund or if you would like us to substitute for another product.
